The Company
BM Bi-Folding Doors is a specialist manufacturer and installer of bespoke aluminium bi-folding doors, sliding doors, internal doors, windows and glazing systems.
The wider Group includes BM Bi-Folding Doors, Alu Elite, BM Elite, Fast Doors, BM Hardware and BM Trade Hub, alongside sister companies Luxury Garden Rooms and Fleur & Mae.
The Group Marketing Manager is a new role, created to bring greater structure, consistency and momentum to marketing activity across the businesses.
The Role
You’ll become the central point for marketing across the Group, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You won’t be joining a large marketing department or simply managing agencies — you’ll be responsible for turning ideas and commercial priorities into organised plans, campaigns, content, website activity, sales collateral and lead generation.
Typical activity includes writing website content, liaising with designers, planning and executing email campaigns, coordinating website updates, creating sales collateral and working with external specialists on lead-generation campaigns.
Internal and external design, development and specialist marketing resources are available — your job is to join the dots and get things delivered. Most of the role will initially focus on the core BM brands, with lighter ad-hoc support for sister companies where required.
